Where we deliver
Australia-wide. Delivery rates and zones are controlled in WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping, so the amounts a customer sees at checkout always come from your own settings.
Dispatch
Orders are packed on business days. Add your real dispatch window and carrier here before launch — do not promise a timeframe you have not tested.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed when your order is marked as completed in WooCommerce.
Large and fragile items
Rugs, mirrors and lighting travel in protective packaging. Note any surcharge or restriction that genuinely applies to your carrier.
